01We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Signal Indicator does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This page exists to clearly confirm that right and explain your options under California law (CCPA/CPRA).
02What We Collect and Share
We collect limited personal information to operate our service:
- Account data — email address, password hash, TradingView username.
- Order data — name, email, purchase history, subscription status.
- Analytics data — anonymised visit data via Google Analytics 4 (only if you consent via our cookie banner). No personal identifiers are shared with Google Analytics.
- Payment data — processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy or OxaPay. We never see or store your card details.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
03Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share).
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@signalindicator.com with the subject line "CCPA Request". We will respond within 45 days.
04Analytics Opt-Out
If you previously accepted analytics cookies and wish to withdraw consent:
- Clear your cookie choice— open your browser's developer tools, go to Application → Local Storage → signalindicator.com, and delete the
cookie_consentkey. The cookie banner will reappear on your next visit — choose "Essential only". - Google Analytics opt-out — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block GA4 across all websites.
